Northforge is a non-commercial hobby Minecraft server run by a private individual in Serbia. The main contact channel is e-mail.

You can also use the contact form on the home page. Quick community questions are often answered faster on the Northforge Discord, which is linked on the home page.

What to write about

• problems joining the server (Java or Bedrock), lost items or progression issues;
• reporting players for cheating, griefing or harassment, or appealing a ban;
• privacy requests: access to or deletion of your player data, unlinking your Discord account;
• security issues and general questions.

Please include

• your Minecraft name and whether you play Java or Bedrock;
• for reports: date, approximate time and location in the world, and screenshots if you have them;
• never send your Microsoft or Xbox password – it will never be asked for.

Replies are sent as soon as possible; privacy requests are answered within 30 days at the latest. How the data in your message is handled is explained in the privacy policy.

There is no postal address, telephone or company. As a non-commercial private website in Serbia, Northforge is not required to publish an imprint.
